Made to Order All ELEVATION products are made to order by our UK manufacturing partners. This means your item is crafted specifically for you after you place your order — ensuring quality and reducing waste.

Production & Delivery Time Please allow 7–14 working days from the date of your order for production and delivery. This includes the time needed to make your item and ship it to you.

We do not currently offer express shipping. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering and we'll do our best to help.

Shipping Destination We currently ship to UK addresses only.

Shipping Cost 🇬🇧 Free UK delivery on all orders.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delays Occasionally production or delivery may take slightly longer due to high demand or circumstances outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 16 working days, please contact us at elevejournal5@gmail.com and we'll investigate immediately.
